its a beautiful Saturday morning and happy weekend to everyone. Its a great weekend and you probably yearning for some great outdoor vacay but you don’t want to go far, well our beautiful country NIGERIA, happens to have some amazing resorts for your relaxation mood. its a treat away from home but not far from home *okay i need a vacation*
so i made a research and, here the amazing resorts in Nigeria and in no particular order.
OBUDU MOUNTAIN RESORT:
Obudu Mountain Resort is a ranch and resort on the Obudu Plateau in Cross River State, Nigeria. It was developed in 1951 by M. McCaughley, a Scot who first explored the mountain ranges in 1949.
The resort is found on the Obudu Plateau, close to the Cameroon border in the northeastern part of Cross River State, approximately 110 kilometers (68 mi) east of the town of Ogoja and 65 kilometers (40 mi) from the town of Obudu in Obanliku Local Government Area of Cross River State. It is about 30 minutes drive from Obudu town and is about a 332 kilometers (206 mi) drive from Calabar, the Cross River State capital. Charter air service is available to the Bebi Airport which lies between the village of Obudu and the resort
from its amazing water fall, edgy road, cattle ranch, beautiful green nature views *yes we are green* outdoor activities and lots more. yes Nigeria is blessed *smiling*
LA CAMPAGNE TROPICANA BEACH RESORT:
This Resort offers a unique blend of natural environments which include a fresh water lake, accessible mangrove forest, a Savannah, extensive sandy beach and the warm Atlantic sea.
Some of the activities you can enjoy at this exciting place are canoeing, hiking, hunting, horse riding, beach volleyball, beach football, snorkeling and ocean water fishing. There are also African-themed villas where you can stay while you enjoy your vacation. It is located at Ikegun, Ibeju-Lekki Local Govt. Area off Lekki/Epe Expressway. This resort is beyond imagination.

THE WHISPERING PALMS RESORT:
This resort is situated in badagry area of Lagos state. it has an overwhelming scenery that warms the hearts of all and sundry. Whispering Palms is a beach resort lies on the Lagoon, typifying the beauty of the area’s cool Atlantic breeze.
The gentle cool breeze from the Atlantic oceans is so amazing and soothing. Whispering Palms Hotel is set within a reserved environment in Iworo/Ajido town, off Badagry Expressway.
The resort is suitable for anyone and a perfect getaway.

TINAPA RESORT: Tinapa is a business and leisure resort just north of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria associated with the Calabar Free Trade Zone. It is being developed in four phases under a Private Public Partnership (PPP) promoted by the Government of Cross River State. The resort is located by the Calabar River, contiguous with the Calabar Free Trade Zone.
The Tinapa Free Zone & Resort has facilities for retail and wholesale activities as well as leisure and entertainment. For consumers, the resort has about 80,000 square metres (860,000 sq ft) of lettable space for retail and wholesale made up of four emporiums of 10,000 square metres (110,000 sq ft) each and smaller shops, warehouses, and so on. An entertainment strip contains a casino, digital cinema, children’s arcade, restaurants, a mini amphitheater, a night club and pubs. There is an artificial tidal lake that feeds from the Calabar River, a Water Park / Leisure Land and parking Space for about 4,000 cars.
Business facilities include an open exhibition area for trade exhibitions and other events, and a movie production studio commonly called “Studio Tinapa” or “Nollywood”. It is set to become the most modern film production studio in Nigeria. There is a 243-room international three star Hotel. The resort also has a truck terminal, and gets power from an independent power plant.

ZENABABS HALF MOON RESORT:
This resort is located in the heart of ijesha land. it s situated in a peaeful and beautiful part of Osun state, Prince Oladele Olashore Way, Ilo Aiyegunle, Ilesa. it is surrounded by beautiful natural hills, with over25 acres of lush grounds.
WIFI Internet Access is available in the whole resort. Facilities currently available include:
• Extensive grounds with tents available for hire with capacity for over 5000 guests
• 2 large halls with capacity for over 1000 guests

when i was making research om this resort, i saw a lot of wedding parties, pre wedding shoots and lots of engagement parties, which means this resort is a go to place to tie the knot *yes yes*
